How do I add a task?


If you are managing an event or activity, you'll be able to see the following Edit button:



Click it and you be able to add a task:



Add a title, description and set a minimum (and optional Maximum) number of helpers. You can also assign anyone to the task if they have already offered to help.



Click save and your task has been added, ready for volunteers :)



Use the Edit button to make some quick copies of this task...




...and clicking the copy icon shown below:



Now you have a copy! Just hover over the title to edit it's timings and then click Done.
